Poet Patrick Jones on artistic ways to tackle mental health

The producer and playwright Patrick Jones has been allocated artist-in-residence with a Royal College of Psychiatrists in Wales.

He has worked on projects with people with insanity in new years though now is also teaming adult with those treating mental health – including GPs and psychiatrists.

As good as enlivening clinicians to be artistic themselves, Jones is penetrating to try a use of difference in building a courage of people with mental health.

He talks about a work forward – and starts by reading from a poem from a collection My Song, My Story, grown with people with insanity and their families.
