Vicky Phelan unprotected a CervicalCheck screening liaison in Ireland, after finding she was not told she had been given improper allegation exam results.
She staid a case, with no acknowledgment of guilt on a partial of a laboratory or health services. But she refused to pointer a non-disclosure agreement and it was detected that hundreds of women could have benefitted from progressing treatment. Twenty women have given died.
